YillumaxTM Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting EG5000 series is a kind of 5 years durable retro-reflective sheeting with enclosed high reflecting index micro spherical glass beads in a precision coating layer, while they perform very well to return the incident lights over all.
The EG5000 reflective sheeting is available in normal eight colors, with a choice of two substrates: PET, Acrylic. The products are self-adhesive with PSA transparent (Silver) and release liner. The standard available width sizes are 0.61m, 0.62m, 1.22m, 1.24m. It is easy to be cutting with computerized plotter and printing with digital printers. It is suitable for applying to the pre-cleaned steel, aluminum and plastic boards (Plastic Boards should be tested for suitability before use).
This EG5000 Reflective Sheeting can also be pre-coated with slant double colored strips or hazard warning shapes on the surface for finally using as barricade or hazard tape. More details pls check the overview table or Spec sheet.
YillumaxTM EG5000 Reflective Sheeting with high coefficient of retro-reflection values which match the photometric performance of standards: ASTM D4956 Type I and EN-12899 RA1. The products which are perfect designed fornon-specification applications which only require conformance of the high reflective index for traffic control devices such as permanent traffic signs, temporary traffic control devices, barricade, construction signs etc. Different surface film, different reflectivity and different service life provide you different choices. This cost-effective film performs well in many applications.
